Yes. Outside food is not permitted at UP! in general, but cakes and treats for booked parties are the exception — bring the cake, we will handle the rest.
Yes, every participant needs a signed waiver. When you book we give you a waiver link to share with your guests so they can sign in advance and walk straight in on the day.
