Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what we need to sell you a ticket, run your party and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.

What we collect

• What you give us — name, email, phone, and whatever you type into a form: party details, group size, dietary needs, the question you asked.
• Waivers — participant names and dates of birth, including children's, because the law and our insurer require a signed waiver to climb.
• Purchases — what you booked and paid, held in our point-of-sale system. We never see or store your full card number.
• Automatically — IP address, browser, pages visited and how you arrived, via the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
• When you click through to book — we record the click in our own systems, along with the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link. This is a first-party record, not shared with an advertiser.

Who else sees it

These are the services our website and systems actually use:

• CenterEdge — bookings, tickets and payments.
• JotForm — a copy of form submissions.
• Google Analytics and Google Fonts — site measurement and typography. Both receive your IP address.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — advertising measurement. It records that a page was viewed and that a link to our booking system was clicked. It receives no names, no phone numbers, no email addresses, and nothing at all about children.
• Mailchimp — email newsletters, if you opted in.
• Twilio — text messages and phone calls.
• Google Workspace — our email.

Each acts on our behalf under its own terms. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Text messages

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Numbers are used only to reach you about your own visit, booking or question.

Message frequency varies — most people get a handful of messages around a booking and nothing in between. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Full details are in our Messaging Terms.

Children

Our site is aimed at the grown-ups who book. We do not knowingly collect information online directly from a child. Waiver and party details about children come from a parent or guardian, are used to run the visit safely, and are not used for advertising.

Recorded calls

Calls to or from the park may be recorded for quality and training. When a call is recorded you will hear a notice at the start. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us and we will continue without it or call you back.

Your choices

• Email — unsubscribe from any marketing email.
• Texts — reply STOP.
• Everything else — email us and ask. We will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep. Waivers and sales records we must retain.
• Tracking — your browser's ad and cookie controls, plus Google's and Meta's own opt-outs, apply here as anywhere.
