Messaging Terms
What our texts are for, and how to stop them. Last updated July 29, 2026.
What you are agreeing to
There are two boxes, and neither is ticked for you. Ticking the first means we can text you about your own booking, request or visit. Ticking the second, separately, means we can also text you about events and offers. Neither is a condition of any purchase — you can book a party, buy a ticket and get an answer to your question without ever receiving a text.
They are handled separately on purpose. Offers go out from a different number, so if you stop the offers you will still get the messages about your own booking.
What we send
- Replies to something you asked us.
- Booking and party details: confirmations, times, reminders, changes.
- Events and offers — only if you ticked the second box. A few a month at most, and stopping these does not stop the messages about your booking.
How often
Message frequency varies. Most people get a handful around a booking and nothing in between.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts; your mobile carrier may.
How to stop
Messages about your booking come from (571) 946-1502, which is answered by a person — you can reply to it or call it. Events and offers come from (571) 586-1410, which is not monitored; reply to the first number or call us instead.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation, then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@upultimateadventurepark.com or (703) 547-4572.
Stopping texts does not cancel a booking, and it does not stop email.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your signal.
Privacy
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
